Description:
1. The subject of the contract is: comprehensive supply of high -methane natural gas type E, including sales and distribution to the buildings of the Sports Complex of the Municipal Stadium in Katowice located at ul. Nowa Bukowa 1, 40-803 Katowice for heating purposes (central heatingand hot utility water) and to heat the main pitch.
2. The costs of using the subject of the contract during the contract process include: gas fee, subscription fee, fixed distribution fee and variable distribution fee.
3. Comprehensive supply of gas fuelIt will take place on the conditions specified in the Energy Law of April 10, 1997 (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266, as amended) and based on executive provisions to this Act, the Civil Code (consolidated text of Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1061, as amended), and in accordance with the offerContractors and planned provisions of the Public Procurement Agreement, which will be entered into a public procurement contract.
4. The contracting authority informs that the natural gas collection expected during the contract is estimated in the amount of 4,514,500.00 kWh, but not less than2,000,000.00 kWh.
5. The contracting authority requires that the amount of gas to be settled takes place every month, based on the actual reading of the measuring system indications, according to the prices set out in the contractor's offer.
