Description:
The subject of this Order is comprehensive sales (delivery and distribution) of high -mannary natural gas with a symbol E to two thermal installations of waste disposal of waste belonging to the Ordering Party, and located in Katowice at ul. Hutnicza 8 at the Plant Utilization AnswerAdow Sp. z o.o., in the basic amount of 3,409,500.00 kWh, i.e. 300,000 m³ (with a conversion rate of 11,365) in a period of 12 months, with the proviso that the start of deliveries will take place not earlier than after the current comprehensive comprehensive agreement for the sale of gas fuel with the currentSupplier, i.e. Unimot Energia I Gaz Sp. z o.o., al. Jerozolimskie 142a, 02-305 Warsaw, in force until 31.07.2025, - the description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 4 to SWZ.
The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce or increase the total amount of purchased fuel purchased.in the range: to increase to 20% (i.e. 360,000.00 m³), to reduce to 40% (i.e. 180,000.00 m³) relative to the basic amount (value) of the order specified in point IV.1. The occurrence of the circumstances referred to above will result in a decrease or increase in remunerationContractor under this contract. A change in the amount of gas fuel occurs automatically and does not require a statement.
