Description:
The subject of the fall is the comprehensive supply of gas fuel in the form of high -mannary gas with symbol E, up to 4 gas intake points, for the needs of obstacles of Wasno Rzeszow Agency Regional Development S.A. found in PPN-T aeropolis in Jasionka. The demand for gas fuel during the contract is: 2,360,228 kWh. Protaled Suy consuming, and in no case is that the ordering obligation to buy gas in the amount given in the number is not on the part of the order. The contractor will not have any claim for non -ordering by the Ordering Party of the expected amount of gas fuel during the contract. The ordering reserves the right to reduce or rotate the size of deliveries.
