Description:
1. The subject of the order is the comprehensive supply of heat energy (sale and distribution/transmission) to the building at ul. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 1 to the Draft Provisions of the Agreement, which constitutes Appendix No. 1 to SWZ.3. regarding execution of the order were specified in the draft provisions of the contract, which constitute Appendix No. 1 to SWZ.4. the Act, requires: 1) in terms of social aspects, that the Contractor or subcontractor, during the term of the contract, complies with the principles of decent work, i.e. rwnego treatment, in particular regardless of gender, age, disability, race, religion, nationality, political beliefs, trade union membership, ethnic origin, religion, sexual orientation, 2) in terms of environmental aspects, in order to minimize the negative impact of the implementation of the subject of the contract on natural environment, so that all documents prepared by the Contractor or subcontractor and submitted in paper form meet the conditions of the FSC certificate or another equivalent certificate, i.e. a document issued by an independent organization of...
