Description:
1. The subject of the order is the comprehensive supply of heat energy to the Torwar I and Torwar II facilities in Warsaw at ul. Łazienkowska 6a in the period from February 16, 2026 to February 28, 2027.
2. The Ordering Party declares that the forecast consumption of thermal energy for the duration of the order is a value approximate, calculated on the basis of historical values of heat consumption in the buildings of Torwar I and II halls, and amounts to 11,000 GJ.
Contractors don't there will be any claim for failure to collect the expected amount of thermal energy by the Ordering Party.
b) The contractor will be responsible for the entire scope, including the course and timely execution of the order, quality, compliance with the technical and quality conditions specified for the subject of the order. Due diligence is required when executing the order, understood as the diligence of a professional in the activities covered by the subject of this order.
c) The contractor is obliged to make all actions and arrangements necessary to carry out the procedure change of seller.
