The subject of the order is the comprehensive supply of heat energy, i.e. sale, transmission and distribution of heat energy, within the meaning of the Act of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266, as amended) and implementing regulations, to facilities in use and administration Ordering Party: 1. street S. Przybyszewskiego 80/82 in Warsaw, seat of the Social Welfare Center of the Bielany District of the Capital City of Warsaw. Warsaw,2. Wrzeciono 5A in Warsaw, seat of the Support Center for Seniors No. 23. ul. W. Broniewskiego 56 in Warsaw, seat of the Bielaski Senior Support Center Senior +.II. The forecasted heat energy consumption for 12 months is an approximate value, calculated on the basis of historical values of heat consumption in the indicated buildings and amounts to a total of 1,590 GJ for the three locations. The forecast is used only to compare offers and does not constitute an obligation on the part of the Ordering Party to purchase. thermal energy in the estimated amount.
