Description:
The subject of the order is comprehensive supply of heat energy for the Sports and Recreation Center of the Capital City of Warsaw. Warsaw in the Żoliborz District at ul. Potocka 1 in Warsaw in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026.
I.TECHNICAL CONDITIONS:
1.The facility is powered by a heat distribution center located in the Ordering Party's building at
Potocka 1 in Warsaw (swimming pool).
2. The heating substation is the property of the Ordering Party - from the connection valves in the heating substation,
and for valves in the node is not the property of the Ordering Party.
3. The measurement and billing system measuring the total heat supplied to the node is not property of the Ordering Party.
4. Place of installation of the measurement and billing system: model of the heating substation.
II. ORDERED HEAT POWER:
1.Tariff group A3/B1/C3
2.Planned consumption of thermal energy - 8000 GJ
3. Thermal power for heating - 0.1050 MW
4.Thermal power for technological heat 0.3320 MW
1)Thermal power for hot water:
a) Average 0.8530 MW
2) Total thermal power ordered 1.2900 MW
3) Heat carrier flow rate for winter 16.10 m3/h
4) Heat carrier flow rate for summer 16.40 m3
The Ordering Party made every effort to calculate the amount planned heat supplies
appropriately, however, taking into account that the actual amount of deliveries depends mainly on weather conditions and the associated external temperatures, it is not possible to predict all possible cases and weather conditions in the planned ...
