Description:
The subject of the contract is the supply of high -metane natural gas for heating purposes and the provision of distribution services will take place in accordance with the Act of 10 April 1997 Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266, as amended).
The contractor undertakes to sell to Employer of natural gas and the provision of its distribution service to gas collection points in the following objects of the Ordering Party:
1) hospital boiler room (Lublin, ul. Abramowicka 2);
a) collection point number: 8018590365500019344879 / Number of gas meter: 14021B
b) Tariff group: W-6.1.
c) Contractual power: 2 149 kwh/h
The estimated amount of distribution and supplied natural gas over a period of 12 months is: 4 215,000 kWh for the W-6.1 tariff.
2) Hospital kitchen (Lublin, ul. Abramowicka 2)
a) collection point number: 80185903655000193448893 / Number of gas meter: 00835
b) Tariff group: W-5.1.
c) contractual power: 252 kWh/h
Estimated The amount of distribution and supplied natural gas over a period of 12 months is: 288,000 kWh for the W-5.1 tariff.
