- 1. The subject of the order is a comprehensive supply of high-methane natural gas (group E) for the gas consumption point/points according to Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - supply of gaseous fuel along with distribution services to the Ordering Party's facilities, fuel demand amounting to 1,507,291 kWh (basic order).2. Fuel gas should be delivered 24 hours a day to the delivery and reception points listed in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ, which is a set of gas devices used to connect the internal network, owned by the Ordering Party, from the gas network of the system operator.3. During the execution of the order, the ordering party reserves the right to: reducing or increasing the amount of gas fuel by up to +/- 10% in relation to the amount of gas fuel for the basic order. The increase will take place on the basis of option law. The principles, scope and method of using the above by the Ordering Party are described in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. Draft provisions contract in section 1 3 and 4.4. Information about the subject of the order and the obligations of the Ordering Party and the Contractor are included in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ.
