The subject of the order is a comprehensive supply including the sale and distribution of high-methane gas type E (LNG) to the Police units of the West Pomeranian garrison in accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 10, 1997 Energy Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended), the Civil Code and implementing regulations issued on their basis, the Instruction for Operation and Operation of the Distribution Network (IRiESD), approved by the decision of the President of the Energy Regulatory Office (PURE). in accordance with the presented list, quantity and scope of the subject of the order included in the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order, constituting Annex No. 8.1 to SWZ.2) Details regarding the tariff group, estimated annual gas consumption divided into calendar months, in relation to the consumption point are described in Annex No. 8.1 to SWZ.3) Estimated amount of gas fuel that will be supplied during the term of the contract until the gas consumption point specified in Annex 8.1 to the SWZ is 62,000 kWh and may change due to weather conditions.
