- 1. The subject of the order is a comprehensive supply of high-methane natural gas type E, including sales and distribution services of gas fuel for the building of Primary School No. 1. Kazimierza Wielkiego in Wieliczka located at ul. J. Pisudskiego 20, 32-020 Wieliczka.2. Delivered natural gas by the Contractor must meet the requirements specified in applicable regulations, in particular the Energy Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, items 266, 834, 859, 1847, 1881, as amended) and implementing acts issued on its basis, as well as other related acts of applicable law, and Polish standards. Gas fuel will be delivered and distributed to the indicated consumption points. The expected demand for natural gas is 1,191,510 kWh.
