1. The subject of the order is: Comprehensive supply of high-methane natural gas E (GZ-50) to 25 consumption points used by the Liszki Commune.2. Natural gas must be supplied in accordance with applicable law, in particular under the conditions specified by the Act of April 10, 1997 r. Energy Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266, as amended), the Civil Code and the implementing regulations issued on their basis. to be performed for a period of 12 months, counted from the date of commencement of the supply of gas fuel, with the provision that the provision of the comprehensive service will commence no earlier than the date of commencement of the provision of the distribution service by the DSO under the contract.5. expected natural gas consumption in one year at the level of 3,408,626 kWh (with a conversion factor of 11.129 kWh/m3). 6.
