Description:
1. The subject of the order is a comprehensive supply of natural gas group E (high-methane) for the needs of the Provincial Center for Addiction and Co-addiction Therapy in Toruń with a total forecasted estimated volume of 639,912.00 kWh. By comprehensive supply of gas fuel, the Ordering Party understands simultaneous delivery ensuring the supply of gas fuel and distribution services. The projected consumption of natural gas indicated above is indicative and may differ from the actual amount of gas consumed during the contract period. Reducing or increasing the amount of gas will not cause the Ordering Party (gas recipients) to no consequences, apart from the need to pay for the amount of gas actually consumed and the transmission services for an amount not higher than the prices in the offer. In terms of limiting the amount of purchased fuel, the Ordering Party reserves the right to option, implemented on the terms set out in CHAPTER V.2.
