Description:
1. The subject of the order is a comprehensive supply of high-methane natural gas (group E) at a pressure of not less than 0.1 MPa, including - sale and distribution of gas for the needs of the Independent Public Health Care Complex in Świdnica.
2. Gas will be supplied on the base an agreement containing provisions regarding the sale and provisions regarding the provision of gas transmission or distribution services (comprehensive agreement).
3. The Contractor undertakes to carry out the procedure for changing the supplier of gas fuels, in accordance with the Network Operation and Operation Manual Distribution (IRiESD) in the scope of providing and using gas fuel distribution services.
The expected date of commencement of comprehensive delivery (sale) of natural gas is March 1, 2026 until February 28, 2028 in relation to the Independent Public Health Care Complex in Świdnica, but not earlier than after a positive procedure for changing the gas fuel seller.
4. Gas delivery with the selected Contractor will take place after the effective termination of the contract based on which so far, the Ordering Party has been supplied with gas fuel and the effective process of changing the supplier with the Distribution System Operator while maintaining the continuity of gas fuel supply.
