Description:
1. The subject of the order is a comprehensive supply of high-methane natural gas (group E) for the gas consumption point/points according to Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - supply of gaseous fuel along with distribution services to the Ordering Party's facilities, fuel demand volume 1,056 953 kWh (basic order).2. Gas fuel should be delivered 24 hours a day to the delivery and reception points listed in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, which is a set of gas devices used to connect the internal network, owned by the Ordering Party, to the gas network system operator.3. During the execution of the order, the ordering party reserves the right to reduce or increase the amount of gas fuel by up to +/- 10% in relation to the amount of gas fuel for the basic order. The increase will take place on the basis of option law. The principles, scope and method of using the above by the Ordering Party are described in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. Draft provisions of the contract in section 1. 3 and 4.4.
