- 1. The subject of the order is a comprehensive supply of high-methane natural gas (group E) for the gas consumption point/points according to Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - supply of gaseous fuel together with distribution services to the Ordering Party's facilities, the volume of fuel demand is 588 489 kWh (basic order).2. Gas fuel should be delivered 24 hours a day to the delivery and reception points listed in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, which is a set of gas devices used to connect the internal network, owned by the Ordering Party, to the gas network system operator.3. W toku realizacji zamwienia zamawiajcy zastrzega sobie prawo do zmniejszenia lub zwikszenia iloci paliwa gazowego w zakresie do +/- 10% wzgldem iloci paliwa gazowego dla zamwienia podstawowego. The increase will take place on the basis of option law. The principles, scope and manner of using the above by the Ordering Party are described in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. Draft provisions of the contract in section 1. 3 and 4.
