Description:
1. The subject of the order is the sale and comprehensive delivery of high-methane natural gas (group E), delivery of gas fuel along with distribution services to the Ordering Party's facilities to two local boiler houses located at: a) Grota Roweckiego 3 in Pabianice, tennis hall, b) Bugaj 110 in Pabianice Pabianice Water Sports Center boats a total amount of approx. 26,536 m3/a (i.e. 308,360 kWh/a), which over the entire contract implementation period and broken down by location is as follows: a) 22,352 m3/a (i.e. 256,733 kWh/a), ad b) 4,184 m3/a (i.e. 48,627 kWh/a).2. Detailed description of the item the order is included in Annex No. 6 to the specification of the terms of the order.3. The order will be fulfilled from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026, i.e. for a period of 12 months.
