Description:
1. The subject of the order is a comprehensive delivery including the purchase and provision of gas fuel distribution services in the form of high-methane natural gas type E to the facilities of the Municipal Sports and Recreation Center in Brzeg Dolny in 2026.3. Estimated quantity: 4 gas consumption points - in accordance with the attachment No. 7 to SWZ.4. The estimated demand for gaseous fuels, which will be delivered during the term of the contract to the facilities - consumption points specified in Annex No. 7, is estimated at: 1,756,503 kWh. The above gas volume value is an estimated value and may change within +/- 20% of the basic volume. 5. The Ordering Party will make every effort to ensure that the expected consumption reflects as closely as possible the actual demand for gaseous fuel during the contractual period. In the event of a difference between planned and actual consumption, the Contractor will not pursue any financial claims other than those resulting from the amount of consumed gas and transmission services in accordance with the applicable Tariffs of the Distribution System Operator.6.
