- 1. The subject of the order is a comprehensive supply of high-methane natural gas type E to public buildings of the UKOWICA MUNICIPALITY specified in point 3.2. Gas is to be delivered on the basis of a contract containing the provisions of a sales contract and a contract for the provision of transmission services or gas distribution (comprehensive agreement) within the meaning of the Act of April 10, 1997 - Energy Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2020, item 833, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the Energy Law, covering the sale and distribution of gas fuel for the needs of the Ordering Party for a period of 12 months (not earlier than January 1, 2025) for installations located in the buildings (receipt places) mentioned therein:3.
