Description:
1. The subject of the order is a comprehensive supply including the sale and distribution of nitrogen-rich gas type Ls to the Police units of the West Pomeranian garrison, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 10, 1997 Energy Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended), the Civil Code and implementing regulations issued on their basis, the Instruction for Operation and Operation of the Distribution Network (IRiESD), approved by the decision of the President of the Energy Regulatory Office (PURE), in accordance with the presented list, quantity and scope of the subject of the order included in the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order, constituting Annex No. 8.1 to SWZ.2. Details regarding the tariff group, estimated annual gas consumption divided into calendar months, in relation to individual collection points are described in Annex No. 8.1 and 2.1 to SWZ.3. Estimated amount of gaseous fuel that will be delivered during the period validity of the contract to the gas consumption points specified in Annex 8.1. to SWZ/Annex No. 1 to the contract for part No. I is 605,000 kWh and may change due to weather conditions.
