Description:
1. The subject of the order is (sale and provision of distribution services) high-methane natural gas of group E in accordance with the PN-C-04753:2011 standard - natural gas for heating purposes to the District Court Building in Busko-Zdrój at ul. T. Kociuszki 5. Office building 1 VIESSMANN Paromat Triplex - RN heating boiler with a capacity of 285 kW, contractual power of 219 kWh, DSO tariff W-5.1. Gas will be supplied on the basis of a contract containing the provisions of the contract for the sale and provision of gas transmission or distribution services (contract comprehensive) and will be performed under the conditions specified in the provisions of the Act of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266, consolidated text) of the Civil Code and with the implementing regulations issued on their basis. Gas is to be delivered to a delivery and reception point, which consists of sets of gas devices used to connect internal networks owned by the Ordering Party with the gas networks of the system operator. The ownership of the fuel is transferred to the Ordering Party after measurement at the gas meter outlet. Estimated the demand for gas fuel in individual months of 2026 is included in Annex No. 7.
