- 1. The subject of the order is a comprehensive supply of gaseous fuel, i.e. high-methane natural gas of group E for a period of 12 months, including the sale of gaseous fuel and the provision of its distribution services from the gas network to facilities on the management board Warmian-Masurian Border Guard Unit. The supplied natural gas should meet legal requirements and technical parameters in accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 10, 1997. Energy law and implementing acts issued on its basis and the Act of February 16, 2007 on stocks of crude oil, petroleum products and natural gas and the rules of conduct in situations of threat to the state's fuel security and disruptions on the oil market (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1281, as amended). d.). The supply of gas fuel will take place under the conditions specified in the provisions of the Act of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 43) in accordance with the applicable regulations to the above-mentioned Act and the provisions Act of April 23, 1964, Civil Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1071, as amended), the rules specified in the concession and according to the prices presented in the Contractor's offer, with the sets specified below: 1) SET NO.
