Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of a comprehensive supply of gas fuel consisting in the sale of gas fuel and provision of its distribution service to installations located in the Ordering Party's facilities, hereinafter referred to as gas consumption points, the list of which is included in Appendix No. 1 to SWZ. The demand for gas fuel takes into account the division into PPG subject to the Act of January 26, 2022 on special solutions for the protection recipients gas fuels in connection with the situation on the gas market; b) The Ordering Party shall submit an appropriate declaration from the recipient of gas fuels regarding the purpose of the gas fuel on the template proposed by the Contractor (based on the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of January 28, 2022) confirming the declaration of the percentage consumption of the volume subject to protection included in Annex 1 to SWZ.3. own and on behalf of the entities mentioned above: a) Zakład Usug Komunalnych in Wodowice; b) Primary School named after W.
