Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of heat from the district heating network along with heat distribution and transmission services for the needs of the ordering party's premises located in the capital city. Warsaw.2. Heat collection points in Warsaw at: 1) ul. Nowolipie 25b;2) ul. Nowolipie 22;3) ul. Ceramiczna 9b;4) ul. Korotyskiego 13.3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 4 to SWZ.4. The order must be implemented in accordance with the Act of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266, as amended) and the implementing regulations, i.e.: 1) the Minister of Economy of January 15, 2007 regarding detailed conditions for the operation of heating systems (Journal of Laws No. 16, item 92);2) the Minister of Climate of April 7, 2020 on detailed rules for shaping and calculating tariffs and settlements for heat supply (Journal of Laws, item 718, as amended).5. Supplementing the Description of the Subject of the Order constitutes the conditions for the implementation of the Subject of the Order contained in the Essential Provisions of the Agreement, constituting Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ.
