A brief description of the subject of the contract: 1. The subject of the order is the provision of services consisting in comprehensive technical and operational and economic services of SP objects in Ustrzyki Dolne. Detailed description includes Annex 1a to the SWZ. 2. The following work includes: a) 24-hour support for installations and devices for distribution and consumption of electricity and receiving devices (including service, repair and maintenance) (b) 24-hour support for installations and water and sewage systems and central heating installations ; (c) performing minor clusking works for joining and mechanical; d) 24-hour service of the hospital department supply system in medical gases; e) supervision over the operation of ventilation and air-conditioning and air-conditioning equipment; f) construction works; g) maintaining external objects of the Ordering Party in this communication strings and green areas; h) Other activities commissioned by the Ordering Party related to the performance of the subject of the contract. And) exports of municipal garbage and medical waste from individual organizational cells of the Ordering Party to the place
