A detailed description of the subject of the order is included Annex No. 1a to the SWZ. This description should be read together with any changes to the content of the SWZ, e.g. as a result of responses to the Contractors' inquiries. Comprehensive technical supervision through technical inspections, regeneration and replacement surgical instruments in order to maintain the quality of surgical instruments at the University Hospital in Krakow. Comprehensive technical supervision by performing technical inspections, regeneration, and replacement of surgical instruments maintaining the quality of surgical instruments at the University Hospital in Krakow: 1. Periodic inspection of surgical instruments along with servicing of accompanying devices and associated products - 3 inspections. 2. Regeneration surgical tools: a) 5,000 pieces of tools; b) 5,000 pieces of tools; c) 5,000 pieces of tools; d) 2,500 pieces of tools; e) 2,500 pieces of tools.
