- Part I. Comprehensive energy modernization of the library building in Gwidzy along with residential premises on the first floor. The scope of the project includes, among others: a) insulation of the external walls of the staircase, ground floor (library) and first floor (apartment) using the jointless method using insulating materials, b) insulation unventilated flat roof with the installation of a new roof covering, c) insulation of the ceiling above the basement, terrace and floors on the ground, d) replacement of external windows (library and apartments) and in the common area (staircase), e) replacement of external entrance doors (to the staircase), f) modernization internal lighting (ground floor - library) with energy-saving LED lighting. A detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in the design documentation constituting Annex No. 7 and the bill of quantities constituting Annex No. 10
