- Part I of the order: Thermal modernization of the Volunteer Fire Department station in Gomunice. Part I of the order covers the execution of two tasks, including: Task 1: Construction of a monitoring system on the building of the Volunteer Fire Department station in Gomunice in the design and build system. The task includes in particular: a) development of design documentation in accordance with guidelines included in the Functional and Utility Program;b) carrying out the works in accordance with the design documentation;c) exercising supervision over the design documentation by the author of the project;d) developing complete as-built documentation (including, among others: bills of quantities and cost estimates) (2 copies of the paper version and 1 copy of the electronic version);e) performance of obligations arising from the guarantee granted for the completed subject of the order and also resulting from the warranty. A detailed description of the facility in question can be found in the Functional and Utility Program constituting Appendix No. 11 to the SWZ.
