- The subject of the order is the comprehensive provision of winter maintenance services for: roads, sidewalks, bicycle paths, parking lots and other places indicated in the Luzino Commune. The contractor who undertakes to provide the services in question is responsible for eliminating the effects of winter and natural disasters. snow and the effects of lowered temperature. Part No. 1 of the order - The northern part of the Luzino commune. The northern part of the Luzino commune includes the towns of Zielnowo, Zelewo, Kochanowo and Kbowo to the provincial road No. 468.
