The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery: - to the headquarters of the Institute of Computer Equipment, Conditioning Equipment, Printing power supplies, computer materials and software, the parameters and prices described in the forms for each
from separate parts and hereinafter referred to as "equipmentor "software". The contractor joining the tender will be able to submit an offer for the number of parts of the choice, i.e. for one, more
or all.A detailed description of the minimum technical parameters and
functional, the amount of ordered hardware and software, as well as other requirements regarding the subject of the contract, is included, accordingly for each part, in Annexes 2.1 -2.24 to SWZ -the parameters and price form. Offers offeringAbove
minimum required by the Ordering Party (in the scope of technical parameters and
minimum quantities of the required parameters and values) will be considered to meet the requirements of the Ordering Party. If the contracting authority has determined the maximum value of
the required parameter, each parameter is equal or smallerFrom this maximum value
will be considered as meeting the requirements of the Ordering Party. In the event that the given parameter
is defined as a minimum or indicated in the requirements of the specific number/value
