Description:
The subject of the order are computer forensics services. A detailed description and scope of the subject of the order is included in the Description of the subject of the order, hereinafter referred to as "OPZ", constituting Annex No. 1 to the Specification of the Procurement Conditions and in the draft provisions of the contract, constituting Annex No. 2 to SWZ.
Computer forensics services
The subject of the proceedings is the provision of computer forensics services consisting in locating and securing data stored on an electronic information medium such as: server resources, user's hard drive, electronic memory, mobile phone, tablet or sent over a computer network.
311 - 315 of the Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party will conclude a framework agreement with a maximum of 5 (five) Contractors (and each subsequent Contractor who obtains the same number of points as last qualified Contractor) who meet the conditions for participation in the proceedings are not subject to exclusion, and their offers will not be subject to rejection pursuant to Art. 226 of the Public Procurement Law and will obtain the highest number of points in the offer evaluation criteria.
