Description:
The subject of the order are computer forensics services. A detailed description and scope of the subject of the order is included in the Description of the subject of the order, hereinafter referred to as "OPZ", constituting Annex No. 1 to the Specification of the Terms of Order and in the Designed provisions of the contract, constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. Computer forensics services The subject of the proceedings is the provision of computer forensics services consisting in locating and securing data stored on an electronic medium. information such as: server resources, user's hard drive, electronic memory, memory of a mobile phone, tablet or transmitted over a computer network. The Ordering Party envisages concluding a framework agreement referred to in Art. 311 - 315 of the Public Procurement Law. Ordering party will conclude a framework agreement with a maximum of 5 (five) Contractors (and each subsequent Contractor who obtains the same number of points as the last qualified Contractor) who meet the conditions for participation in the procedure, are not subject to exclusion, and their offers are not will be subject to rejection pursuant to Art. 226 of the Public Procurement Law and will obtain the highest number of points in the offer evaluation criteria.
