• 1. The subject of the order is the computerization of SPZOZ in Węgrów consisting of the expansion of the HIS system with implementation services, employee training along with maintaining the system during the warranty period and the purchase of hardware and software infrastructure IT ensuring proper operation of the modernized HIS system and improving the level of cybersecurity. 1.1. expansion of the HIS system The task within the activities described above includes: expansion of the HIS system for document generation EDM and creating documentation indexes for P1; expansion of the integration mechanisms of the HIS system with the LIS and teleradiology systems in the field of generating HL7 CDA documents; integration of the HIS system with the P1 system in terms of sending indexes of EDM documentation; expansion of the data warehouse for processing data from the HIS system; database software for expanding the HIS system; modification of the HIS system in the field of digitization of information cards from 2023 by generating documents in the HL7 CDA format and indexing in P1; integration and exchange of data from HIS/RIS/PACS systems with the platform of intelligent services (PUI) developed by the e-Health Center in the field of AI, supporting the process of making diagnostic and treatment decisions by a doctor; maintenance IT system modernized within the scope of the project for a period of 3 years 1.2. delivery of IT equipment 1.3. implementation of the Security Operations Center 2.
