- The subject of the contract is the delivery of a recombinant coagulation factor VIII II generation minimum in order to secure the continuity of treatment of patients with hemophilia A - further "coagulation factor", with the category of availability of the Republic of Poland or the Republic of Poland, to the Blood Center indicated by the National Blood Center (hereinafter NCK) direct recipients - regional blood donation and blood -healing centers (hereinafter RCKiK), on the principles set out in the content of this SWZ
Part 1: Concentrate of a recombinant coagulation factor VIII II generation minimum together with delivery to regional blood donation and blood -healing centers.
1. The object Orders is the delivery of a recombinant coagulation factor VIII II generation minimum to the direct recipients indicated by the National Blood Center (hereinafter NCK) - Regional Blood Donation and Blood Treatment Centers (hereinafter RCKiK), on the principles set out in the content of this SWZ with the requirements specified in SWZ and PPU in the number of 1 250,000 IU.
1.2. Doses in each delivery:
• 5% of the subject of the order at a dose of 250 IU,
• 15% of the subject of the order at a dose of 500 IU,
• 40% of the subject of the order at a dose of 1000 IU,
• 40% of the subject of the order in a larger dose 2000 J.M.,
The coagulation factor concentrate must be supplied with a set that allows it to be given.
