Description:
The subject of the order is the supply of a recombinant pork concentrate VIII to secure the continuity of patients with acquired innate hemophilia A - further "coagulation factor", with the category of availability of the Republic of Poland or the Republic of Poland, to the Blood Blood (hereinafter NCK) indicated by the National Blood Center (hereinafter direct recipients - regional blood donation and bloodthirsty centers (hereinafter RCKiK), on the principles set out in the content of SWZ.
The concentrate of recombinant pork coagulation factor VIII together with the delivery to regional blood donation and blood -treatment centers.
1. The subject of the contract is Delivery of the recombinant pork concentrate VIII to secure the continuity of the treatment of patients with acquired innate hemophilia A - further "coagulation factor", with the category of availability of the Republic of Poland or the Republic of Poland, to direct recipients indicated by the National Blood Center (hereinafter Regional Blood Donation and Blood Treatment Centers (hereinafter RCKiK), on the principles set out in the content of SWZ.
2. Total number (purchase size): 800,000 IU.
3. Dose proportions in each delivery - according to SWZ.
4. The coagulation factor concentrate must be delivered with a set enabling it pass.
