- 1 Postros-gynecological and neonatological ward together with the delivery route, hereinafter referred to as the study, 2. The study does not constitute documentation design within the meaning of the Construction Law and there are no grounds for the implementation of construction robes. It aims to illustrate the functional and aesthetic concept of atmosphere and to make the update provided by the ordering complete project documentation and technical specification of the implementation and reception Construction Robt, hereinafter referred to as project documentation in order to familiarize the contractors with the subject of the offer. Design documentation is a removal material for the implementation of the study. 3. A detailed description of the order ordered was specified by the Ordering Party in the draft contract (an AIA nr 2 to SWZ)
