Conclusion of a framework agreement for making estimates for the need for resolution of domestic entities and providing valuations and similar services for the resolution of central counterparties (CCPs). 1. The subject of the framework agreement is to define the framework conditions for the award and implementation of executive orders, consisting in the Contractor making estimates of the value of assets and liabilities of the Domestic Entity indicated by the Ordering Party or valuations of assets, liabilities, rights and obligations indicated by Ordering CCP or other services of a similar nature, i.e.: a) carrying out an estimate, within the scope referred to in Art. 139 section 1 of the BFG Act (hereinafter: "Estimation 1"), including the preparation of a report on Estimation 1 (hereinafter: "Contractor's Report on Estimation 1") along with a translation into English of the Contractor's Report on Estimation 1; b) preparation of an update to the Contractor's Report on Estimate 1 or its part, along with a translation into English of the update to the Contractor's Report on Estimate 1 or its part parts; c) carrying out an estimate, within the scope referred to in Art. 140 section 1 of the BFG Act (hereinafter referred to as "Estimate 2"), including the preparation of a report on Estimate 2 (hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor's Report on Estimate 2") along with a translation into English of the Report Contractors from Estimate 2; d) preparation of an update to the Contractor's Report on Estimate 2 or its part, along with a translation into English of the update...
