Description:
The subject of the order is the conclusion of a contract for the supply of plastic bags for collecting municipal waste in the City of Mysowice in 2026, together with their delivery to the Ordering Party's warehouse located in Mysowice at ul. Measuring cups 38.3.2. Characteristics of the subject of the order: 1. Plastic bags made of materials recycled materials should be resistant to UV rays, low temperatures and chemicals. The bags should be made of LDPE polyethylene foils in the colors listed in the table below with printing. 2. The bags should be equipped with loops for tying, pulling or other purposes security for closing it. 3. Each bag must have an imprint describing: the Ordering Party's logo, the Ordering Party's data and a description of the purpose of the bag in accordance with the guidelines presented to the Contractor after the completion of the procedure. The Contractor's obligation will be to develop a print design and agree it with the Ordering Party. Any changes to the approved design made by the Contractor during the execution of the order require the consent of the Ordering Party.
