Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement for a period of 7 years to provide a comprehensive cargo transport service by sea transport in international traffic for the needs of the armed forces, divided into 2 parts (tasks).
Task No. 1 - Transport in the Customs Area of the EU
Task No. 2- Transport Outside the EU customs area
2. The dies and a detailed description of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex 1 to the specification of the terms of the contract, which the Employer will transfer to the invited offers to contractors who meet the conditions specified in the advertisement.
3. Ordering party in the subject The procedure provides for an additional service to be provided by the Contractor. At the invitation stage, the Employer will indicate the types of additional services to be submitted to the implementation agreement. Additional services can be ordered by the Ordering Party in the course of the contract.
Requirements and a detailed description of the subject of the contract together with the possible orders of the additional service are specified in Annex 1 to the specification of the terms of the contract and in Annex 3.5 to the implementation contract, which the Employer will transfer to the invited offers to contractors who meet the terms specified in the advertisement.
4. The framework agreement will be concluded for a period of 7 years from the date of its conclusion.
