- Conclusion of a framework agreement for nursing care services as part of a team for long-term home care for mechanically ventilated children. The subject of the order is the conclusion of a framework agreement, as a result of which executive agreements will be concluded for health services in the field of nursing care services in as part of a team for long-term home care of mechanically ventilated children. The subject of the executive order will be the provision of services to one patient at the patient's place of residence indicated in a given executive order. Under the executive agreement, the contractor will be obliged to: to: 1) visit the patient's home at least twice a week for at least 1h30,2) being constantly available by phone,3) keeping medical records in accordance with the rules applicable in medical entities,4) keeping records of the time provided I testify.
