Description:
Short description of the subject of the skew: the subject of the postparting is the selection of contractors, with whom the Ordering Employer will sign the framework agreements setting the rules for the selection of contractors and the granting of frequencies by the Ordering Employment, in the field of checking the selection, including the preparation of economic and financial opinions on reports of the entrepreneurs Ordering, in the mode and on the principles of specific acts of November 9, 2018 on financial support for audiovisual production (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2021, item 198) (Act), conducting in the cases indicated by the Ordering Party provided for in art. 28 of the Act, i.e. inspection of the entrepreneur who would be a beneficiary of financial support provided by the Ordering Party, in the mode and on the terms of specific laws (control), drawing a protocou from the inspection carried out, which is mentioned above. A detailed scope of the content of reports of the ordered verification is determined by art. 25 of the Act and at the specification of the Claim conditions of Description of the subject of the fall.
