1. The order is carried out for the purposes of the social campaign I Plan a Long Life implemented for the purpose of health promotion under health programs of the Ministry of Health, including cancer prevention, cardiovascular disease and other programs and activities in the health care system in 2025-2027.
2. The subject of the order is to plan and carry out activities of a nature information, education and promotion, hereinafter referred to as Thematic Campaigns, on external and internal advertising media, in classic and digital form and in cinemas, hereinafter referred to as Media for the purposes of the social campaign I Plan a Long Life implemented to promote health as part of programs health services of the Ministry of Health, including cancer prevention, cardiovascular diseases and other programs and activities in the area of the health care system in 2025-2027, in accordance with the provisions of the Framework Agreement, the Description of the Subject of the Order and the Contractor's Offer.
3. As part of the order information, educational and promotional activities will be carried out through selected media for thematic campaigns in 3 areas of health-promoting activities and programs run by the Ministry of Health:
National Oncology Strategy for years 2020-2030, in accordance with Resolution No. 10 of the Council of Ministers of February 4, 2020, hereinafter referred to as NSO,
