Description:
Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is the provision of foreign and domestic and business trips in the field of reservation, purchase and delivery of airline, train and coach tickets, reservations and payments for hotel accommodation, and intermediation in obtaining visas and insurance policiesch for the Warsaw Center for Educational and Social Innovation and School, in accordance with the description of the subject of the order constituting Annex No. 9 to the SWZ., 2. As part of the execution of the order, the contractor will be obliged to provide the following services: 1) design the optimal movement of the delegatedpeople from the place of start of the trip to the place of its end;, 2) searching, booking, changing, canceling, purchasing and delivering to the Ordering Party plane, railway and coach tickets - foreign and domestic;, 3) reservations and accommodation fees;, 4) mediation in obtaining visas and purchasesinsurance policies for foreign trips;, 5) mediation and representation of the Ordering Party in all complaint matters regarding irregularities in the services covered by the subject of the order, monitoring the course of the complaint process and informing the Ordering Party about its result...
