Conclusion of a framework agreement for the successive provision of services in the field of removals, evictions, emptying rooms and removing waste from areas belonging to the property, divided into 2 parts
Part 1: conclusion of a framework agreement setting out the terms and conditions for the implementation of partial orders related to the successive provision of removal services, eviction, emptying rooms in accordance with the description of the subject of the order constituting Annex No. 7 to the SWZ.
The ordering party intends to conclude a framework agreement for the implementation of the contract with a maximum of 5 contractors who meet the conditions for participation in the procedure, whose offers are not subject to rejection and who offer the most favorable conditions in the offer evaluation criteria, the total valuation of individual services (the sum of net prices for 1 m2) made in the offer form does not exceed the sum of the unit amounts that the Ordering Party intends to allocate for the implementation of the order, unless the Ordering Party is able to accept an offer with a higher valuation (accepting an offer with a higher valuation is a discretionary decision of the Ordering Party and results in the contractor being placed in the ranking of Contractors).
The price components included in the Contractor's offer cannot be changed during settlement services. The rules for creating a ranking of contractors, ordering services, the order of ordering and their number are described in the draft contract.
