The subject of the order is the successive purchase and delivery of brand new tools and workshop equipment for the Municipal Cleaning Company in the capital city of Warsaw. I. Subject matter of the order In these proceedings, the subject of the order is the conclusion of a contract framework for the successive deliveries of brand new tools and workshop equipment (hereinafter referred to as: equipment) for the Municipal Cleaning Company in the capital city of Warsaw. Warszawie sp. z o. o. (hereinafter referred to as: MPO) and the actual range of purchases made will depend on it depending on the needs of the Ordering Party. The contract will be implemented for a period of 6 months from the date of its signing, with the possibility of extending the funds until the use of funds, based on individual orders which will be placed using the eOrdering Platform (Platform for awarding and implementation of public procurement). The actual range of deliveries will depend on the current needs of the Ordering Party and specified in each individual order. The Ordering Party informs that the fact of concluding a framework agreement does not oblige the Contractor to submit offers for each individual order.
