Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the supply of quarterry equipment to the Police Training Center in Legionowo.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex 4 to SWZ.
3. The subject of the contract was divided into 3 parts:
1) Part I - chairs;
2) Part II - Furniture wooden;
3) Part III - metal furniture.

5. The Ordering Party does not allow for the submission of variant offers.
6. The Employer allows for partial offers.
7. The Ordering Party allows entrusting the performance of part of the contract Subcontractors.
8. The Employer demands that the Contractor indicate in the offer part of the contract, whose performance will entrust to subcontractors and provide the names of any subcontractors, if they are already known (Annex 6 to SWZ).
9. The Contractor is obliged to complete the order on principles and conditions described in the relevant provisions of the contract, constituting Annex 5 to SWZ.

11. The Employer reserves that the total value of the contract may not exceed the financial resources.
