4.1 The subject of the proceedings is the selection of a contractor who will provide the supply of computer equipment to the City of Łodź.
The 4.2 -handed one was divided into parts:
Part and orders
Deliveries will include:
-All-in-One 24 "central units,
- central units MFF,
- SFF central units,
- 27 "monitors.
Part II Order
Deliveries will include:
- laptops
Part III Order
- scanners,
- barcode printers.
Part IV of the order
- A3 multifunction devices (laser printing, color),
- A3 multifunction devices (laser, monochrome printing)
- A4 multifunctional devices (laser, monochrome printing)
- A4 MONO printers.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in Annex 1 to SWZ, attachments to OPZ for part 1-4 and in the contract template Annex 6 to SWZ.
4.3 The person allows you to submit partial offers for any part, parts (or all parts) of the order.
Evaluation of offers and selection of the best offer will be carried out separately for each part of the order.
4.4 The life does not specify employment requirements by Contractor or subcontractor based on the employment relationship of persons performing activities in the scope of the contract, because the performance of these activities is not in the assessment of the manageing work in the manner specified in art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code.
