- 1. The subject of the contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the supply of computer equipment to the Police Training Center in Legionowo.
2. The subject of the order was divided into 3 parts:
1) Part I - portable computer 15.6ΚΊ;
2)Part II - Computer monitor 27ΚΊ;
3) Part III - PC PC Type I, computer PC type II.
detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex 4 to SWZ.
4. The contracting authority requires the offered range:
1) to be brand new, without signs of damage, wholesome;
2) had parametersTechnical - functional no worse than the description of the subject of the contract indicated in Annex 4 to SWZ;
3) was marked with the CE sign;
4) was free from legal and technical defects preventing them from being used as intended;
5) he did not violate patent rights or other rights.intellectual properties of third parties;
6) was placed in the original packaging of the manufacturer protecting them against mechanical damage;
7) was new, produced this year for delivery;
4. The contracting authority requires the Contractor to provide documentation on each assortment on the day of deliveryprepared in Polish, containing a warranty card containing the serial numbers of the range, date and validity of the warranty, e-mail addresses, to which repair notification and phone numbers can be made, under which all information regarding repair can be obtained;
