4.1 The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of factory new consumables for printers, multifunctional devices, operated in the organizational units of the Łodź City Hall.in the attachments to the OPZ and in the formulas of the frame and executive agreement.
4.3 The number does not provide for submitting variant and partial offers.Difficulties in coordinating the correct performance of the order and would threaten the failure to fulfill the order within the optimal date. The order of the order for parts will not violate the principle of fair competition and will not limit the possibility of applying for the order of the SMEdoes not specify the requirements of employment by the Contractor or Subcontractor on the basis of the employment relationship of persons performing activities in the scope of the contract, as the performance of these activities does not consist in the assessment of the managing work in the manner specified in art. 22 § 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974r. - Labor Code.
