Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the supply of SUV passenger vehicles in a marked version.
The framework agreement covers vehicle supplies up to 150 pieces over a period of 24 months of the framework agreement.
3. Requirements requires, That the vehicles offered and supplied by the Contractor meet the conditions set out in Annexes 1, 1.1, 1.2 (1.2 A and 1.2 B), 1.3 (together with Annex 2łN) and 1.4 to SWZ and in the offer of the Contractor submitted in the proceedings for the conclusion of a framework agreement and constituting an attachment to the framework agreement.
4. It requires that the vehicles offered and delivered by the Contractor be produced in the year of their delivery or be produced in the year preceding their delivery and:
They had approval certificates appropriate for a given type of vehicle, issued in accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 14, 2023. on vehicle approval systems and their equipment (Journal of Laws of 2023 item 919) or a consistency of compliance for a complete vehicle,
were free from defects,
came from a legal source and were intended for use in the European Union and in the territory of the Republic of Poland,
they were the sole property Contractors, were not burdened with pledge, registered pledge or other rights of third parties,
There was no proceedings, the subject of which are vehicles.
